The famous French Toast at The Centurion Lounge at LaGuardia airport in New York City is one of the reasons that frequent flyers prefer to fly from LaGuardia Airport instead of JFK Airport so they can visit the lounge.

The Centurion Lounge at LaGuardia Airport is located on the third floor of Terminal B. Terminal B is serving American Airlines and United Airlines flights.

To visit this lounge, you need to find the elevators near the food court at Terminal B. From the United Airlines check-in counters, make a right turn towards the escalators that take you to the food court. The elevator is to the right of the escalators. Take it to the 3rd floor. After exiting, the Centurion Lounge arrow sign will point you to the entrance to the lounge.

This lounge is open daily ~ Sunday to Friday from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm. From 5:50 am to 6:00 am there is only continental breakfast offering available such as croissants and fruits.

The French Toasts are made of custard instead of bread and topped with apricots and glazed with maple syrup. It is so delicious that I heard some of the frequent guests call in before they arrive to make sure that they will get the french toast even after the breakfast offerings changed to lunch.

You also have to try the creamy poached eggs and sauce complemented by spinach on the bed of bread. They are very delicious.

A section of the wall is covered with the signature frosted glass, there are two chairs by the entrance of the lounge. \
This is the American Express Centurion Lounge the preferred lounge for frequent flyers compared to other domestic lounges such as Delta Sky Club, Admirals Club, or Priority Pass Lounges.
