There are many FBOs at this airport. Netjets has a separate terminal outside the White Plains Airport area. The other FBO that I have visited in the past is Ross Aviation White Plains East located at 184 Airport Road, White Plains, NY 10604.
TERMINAL FACILITIES
To access this terminal, Signature Flight Support WhitePlains KHPN passengers need to ring the intercom outside the gate and mention the tail number of the departing or arriving jet.
There is a parking facility at this terminal. Driving to the tarmac to board the aircraft is allowed. It is very convenient for me to just drive to this terminal and leave my car at this facility.
There are two receptionist counters at this terminal. We can check our private jets information such as the arrival or departure time and any other related information.

THE LIVING ROOM
This terminal has a lovely living room with a fireplace and TV. The high ceiling with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tarmac makes this place area feels airy. There are luxury magazines provided for the passengers to peruse while waiting.
The living room is large enough and is airy due to the high ceiling. The floor is carpeted and the room is bright. There are many tables around the sofas.
Christmas flowers are displayed in this living room. There are luxury magazines provided on the rack for the flyers to peruse while waiting in the living room.
During this holiday season, the fireplace was decorated with red and white stockings and Christmas flowers. We can feel the holiday spirits in this living room.
PILOT’S LOUNGE
There is also a room for the flight crew with a table for them to enjoy their meals. A computer and printer were also available for use. This is the pilot lounge area with an ATM machine.
For those who want to work, this part of the room has a table with chairs. There are plenty of electrical outlets to charge your phones or laptops.
Inside the terminal, you will find a refreshment center with a coffee machine that serves coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. There are also some snacks provided such as protein bars, nuts, and a popcorn machine for your enjoyment while waiting for your flight or picking up some passengers.
The bathroom area is separated by gender, clean and some of the toiletries are provided.
The staff at this facility are friendly and helpful, and I love to chat with them.
