Hermès Mystery at the Grooms

The official call to adventure arrives before you even cross the threshold. The Groom welcomes you into the mystery.

Dressed in full equestrian charm, he begins the tale with a theatrical flair.

The moment the door closes behind you, you’re transported. In this stylized welcome room, one of the Grooms’ assistants—dashing in a hunter green coat and riding boots—appears to greet you. With a theatrical wave and an old-world mustache, he explains your mission. You are now a detective in training. Mystery at the Grooms has officially begun.
The Hermès logo beams softly behind him, setting the scene: elegance, humor, and intrigue.

Time stands still—or perhaps just begins—beneath the Hermès logo, framed by icons of motion and precision.

The first clues are architectural: a glowing yellow Hermès clock, frozen in time, and a poised horse symbol echoing across the wall. Together, they frame a brilliant white window bearing the familiar red Hermès Paris logo. It’s a modern prologue to an old-world mystery. Before a single riddle is spoken, the symbols gently suggest: the game is about motion, time, and perception.

A screen of intrigue: players are prompted to find horses and solve a visual riddle, setting the tone for the immersive journey.

The logo fades, and in its place: a vivid sequence of digital playing cards. Each card hints at a mission.
“Give it a try.”
“Find the two horses in this room.”
“Select the right horses in the app.”

Three horse icons above wooden doors in the corner of Hermès welcome room
Three yellow horse emblems mark the passageways—each one a clue or a test, perhaps, in the grand mystery ahead.

In the corner of the welcome room, the walls arch gracefully into three doorways—each topped with a luminous yellow icon of a stylized horse. One walks. One trots. One gallops. The symbolism is subtle, but deliberate. As a detective-in-training, you’re meant to observe, question, and decide. Which door leads where? Which pace matches your mission? The mystery begins not with a riddle, but with a choice.

A glowing white neon outline of a horse on a straw wall, beside hay bales, saddle, top hat, and magnifying glass at the Hermès exit room
The final clue glows in silence—before the mystery ends, you face the horse.

Before stepping out, guests find themselves in one final chamber. The hay-strewn walls, the magnifying glass, the saddle, the black top hat—everything carefully placed. And then, that light.
A horse, rendered in white neon, emerges from straw. It isn’t animated, yet it moves you. Is this the horse you’ve been seeking all along? Perhaps. Or maybe it’s only the outline—an invitation to see what’s been in front of you from the beginning.
This is where the game ends—or perhaps, where your story with Hermès begins.

A joyful guardian stands before the exit—bold, abstract, and unmistakably Hermès

You think the journey is over, but then you meet this horse. Towering yet playful, striped in delight, its hooves planted firmly on manicured greenery. Is it guarding the exit, or celebrating your discovery?

Hermès spiral-bound notebooks in signature colors arranged in wicker baskets as parting gifts
A final Hermès touch: vibrant notebooks to carry your clues and curiosities home.

They’re more than gifts. They’re a reminder. That you were part of something imaginative. That mysteries are meant to be recorded. That elegance can be playful too.
You take one, knowing it’s not empty. It’s filled—with your memories of the Grooms.

You leave not with answers, but with something finer: a delicate notebook, an echo of playfulness, a trace of elegance. A memory.
Because some mysteries don’t need solving. They only need to be felt.

A silk farewell under neon light. Wrapped in quiet color and a whisper of whimsy.

And here I am, at the edge of the mystery—wearing a custom baby pink silk blouse, tied gently with a pansy-hued ribbon that catches the light just so.

The final room glows with warmth and mischief. A neon horse stands still behind me, drawn in light, watching like a quiet witness to what we’ve just experienced.

It wasn’t just a brand presentation. It was storytelling. An invitation to wonder. A world composed with care—not ending with an exit, but with a reflection.

Style isn’t allegiance—it’s intuition. Wearing Louis Vuitton sunglasses to a Hermès gathering wasn’t a statement, but a reflection of how I see the world: fluid, fearless, and unconfined by houses or heritage.
